Delivery in Bahrain within 2 to 3 days.
Delivery to GCC countries within 4 to 5 days.
Delays in delivery may arise due to unexpected circumstances from time to time.

Motif Collection is not liable for additional costs related to customs and postal charges that may be applied.
11. Refunds and Returns
Orders inside and outside Bahrain:
No refunds, exchange or cancellation of orders are allowed inside and outside Bahrain.
Orders inside Bahrain only:
As per Bahrain law, refunds and exchange are available only if there is manufacturing defect in the product received. This condition is valid only in Bahrain.
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue to make it right and satisfy you as customer satisfaction is our priority.
Manufacturing defective orders to be received in their original condition as received, unused and unworn by the customer with the designer tag still attached.
Any issue beyond one working day after receiving the order will not be processed.
